Google Business Profile

Connect your Google Business Profile to post updates and to answer reviews and questions from the inbox.

Before you start

• The Google account you sign in with is an owner or manager of the Business Profile.

Step by step

1. As an Owner or Admin: Set up → Accounts → click Google Business Profile under Connect an account.
2. Google's window opens. Choose the Google account and allow OmniBrand to manage your business listings.
3. Every location the account manages appears as its own row.

What happens next

• Publish updates of up to 1,500 characters with one image. Retract works.
• New reviews and questions on your profile arrive in the inbox.

If something goes wrong

• No Google Business locations found for this Google account - the account is not an owner or manager of any profile. Sign in with the right account, or add this account as a manager in the Business Profile first.
• Google shows Access blocked before any consent screen, or the connect fails with a rate-limit message - this is on OmniBrand's side of Google's approval process. Contact OmniBrand support.
