Refund policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
OmniBrand is provided by ALANHAR ALKHAMSA COMPANY LTD (شركة الأنهار الخمسة المحدودة), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This page sums up the "Refunds and cancellation" section of the Terms of Service, which is the binding text.
Free trial
The trial needs no card and nothing is charged. When it ends, the account moves to the Free plan unless you choose a plan.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Settings › Plan & usage. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the month or year already paid, and the account then moves to the Free plan with nothing deleted.
7-day withdrawal
Within 7 days of a paid subscription starting, if the service has not been used, you may withdraw and receive a refund of the amount paid, less the payment-processing costs, which the consumer bears as the cost of withdrawal under the Saudi E-Commerce Law. The service counts as used if, since the payment, any of these happened:
- an AI generation,
- a post published,
- an account connected.
To withdraw, email support@omnibrand.app from the address on the account.
After 7 days, or once the service has been used
Fees are non-refundable, including the unused part of a period and the unused months of a yearly plan. Generation top-ups are not refundable. A charge made in error by us is refunded in full.
Refunds at our discretion
Any refund we grant at our discretion is calculated from the amount paid, less the payment-processing costs and the usage consumed: AI generations at the top-up rate published on the pricing page, and the days of the period used.
How you get the money
- Refunds go back to the original card through our payment provider, Moyasar, in the currency charged (usually Saudi riyals).
- A numbered credit note is issued against the original invoice, emailed to you, and listed under Settings › Billing.
- Any refund of the payment for the current period, full or partial, ends the paid plan at once and moves the account to the Free plan.
This policy does not limit any right the law gives you.
