Which accounts are supported

The card for each platform on the Accounts page states its exact capabilities; this list gives the overview. "Inbox" means customers' messages or comments on that account arrive in your shared inbox and you answer them from OmniBrand.

Publish and inbox

• Facebook Pages - sign in with Facebook. Publish text, images and video; Page comments and Messenger messages arrive in the inbox. Details
• Instagram Business - sign in with Instagram, or through a Facebook Page. Publish images, video and carousels; comments, mentions and direct messages arrive in the inbox. Details
• YouTube - sign in with Google. Publish videos (with native scheduling); comments on your videos arrive in the inbox. Details
• Google Business Profile - sign in with Google. Publish updates with one image; reviews and questions arrive in the inbox. Details
• Threads - sign in with Threads. Publish text, images, video and carousels; replies arrive in the inbox. Details
• Telegram - a bot token and a channel. Publish to the channel; messages people send the bot arrive in the inbox. Details
• Bluesky and Mastodon - a handle and app password, or an instance address and access token. Publish posts; replies and mentions (and Mastodon direct messages) arrive in the inbox. Details

Publish only

• X (Twitter), LinkedIn and TikTok - sign in with the platform. Their card says Publishing only: comments and messages there are answered on the platform itself. See X, LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Email newsletters - a post published to a forwarding email account goes to its subscribers. Details

Inbox only

• WhatsApp Business - sign in with Facebook (Meta). Messages and voice calls; bulk template messages through WhatsApp broadcasts. Details
• Website chat - a chat bubble on your own website. Details
• Email - Microsoft 365 by sign-in, Gmail and other mailboxes by app password (IMAP), or forwarding. Details

Listed but not connectable yet

Pinterest and Reddit appear in OmniBrand's list, but connecting them is not finished yet; you cannot add them today.

Good to know

• The composer only offers what the chosen account supports, for example Instagram needs an image or video and TikTok and YouTube need a video.
• Some platforms cannot retract a post after publishing; their card says Posts can only be deleted in that platform.
• How many accounts you can connect depends on your plan; see Plans and pricing.
