Threads

Before you start

• You have a Threads profile. Threads profiles are created from an Instagram account, so create it in the Threads app first.

Step by step

1. As an Owner or Admin: Set up → Accounts → click Threads under Connect an account.
2. The Threads window opens. Log in and allow OmniBrand to read your profile, publish, delete posts, read insights, and read and manage replies.
3. The profile appears as a row, named with its @username.

What happens next

• Publish text of up to 500 characters, images, a video or a carousel. Retract works; audience stats are collected.
• Threads does not push replies to anyone, so OmniBrand checks your recent posts for new replies about every ten minutes and puts them in the inbox.

If something goes wrong

• The row shows feature(s) not permitted - a permission was not granted. Click Reconnect and allow them all.
