- What does bring your own AI key mean?
- You add your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or xAI key in Settings. OmniBrand uses it for drafting, rewriting, images and video, and you pay the provider directly at its own rates. OmniBrand adds no markup and never sees your key in plain text after it is saved.
- Do I need an AI key to use OmniBrand?
- No. Scheduling, approvals, the inbox, analytics and records work without any key. Paid plans include a monthly allowance on OmniBrand's own key; a key of your own removes that limit.
- Which platforms are supported?
- Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Reddit, Bluesky, Mastodon and Telegram. Two more channels feed the inbox: a website chat widget you paste on any site, and email — connect a Microsoft 365 mailbox with a sign-in, Gmail or any IMAP mailbox with an app password, or simply forward to us; the same email channel also sends newsletters to your subscribers with one-click unsubscribe.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The Free plan includes one workspace, three channels and twenty posts a month, with no card required.
- How is billing done?
- Plans are billed monthly in US dollars by card. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; the change applies at the end of the current period.
- Is my data kept separate from other customers?
- Every tenant's data is isolated with row-level security in the database, tokens and AI keys are encrypted at rest, and every action is written to an audit log you can export.
