Saved replies, AI suggestions and translation

Answer common questions in two keystrokes, let AI draft a reply from the conversation, and translate a customer message into your language.

Saved replies: insert one

  1. In the reply box, type / as the first character, or press the / button (Saved replies (/)).
  2. Keep typing to filter by title, text or shortcut, or type in Search saved replies….
  3. Use the arrow keys and Enter (or Tab), or click one. The text lands in the reply box; edit it before you press Send.

With / the saved text replaces what you typed; with the button it is added on a new line under your text. No saved replies match. means the filter found nothing.

Saved replies: create, edit and delete

  1. Open the list and press Manage. The Manage saved replies panel opens.
  2. Press New reply and fill the fields listed below.
  3. Press Save (Saved reply stored). Use Edit or Delete on an existing one (Delete “...”? asks first).
  • Title — what you look it up by (required).
  • Text — the answer itself (required).
  • Shortcut — optional, e.g. /hours.
  • Language — optional code such as ar or en, to tell versions apart.

Saved replies are shared by the whole workspace. Anyone who may reply can use them; creating, editing and deleting need the inbox task Saved replies (Owner, Admin and Editor by default). Manage is hidden for everyone else.

AI suggest a reply

  1. Open the conversation and press ✨ AI suggest a reply next to the reply box.
  2. A draft based on the last twelve messages appears in the box, in the language the customer writes in (formal Arabic for Arabic). It uses your workspace name, industry and offering.
  3. Read it, correct it and press Send. Nothing is sent automatically.

The AI is told never to invent prices, dates or promises; if it does not know, it says you will confirm. It runs on your workspace's AI provider (see AI settings); when it runs on OmniBrand's own key it counts against your plan's AI allowance (pricing). No suggestion was returned. or Could not draft a reply means the AI call failed — try again.

Translate

  1. Hover over a customer message that has text and press Translate.
  2. Translating…, then the translation appears under the original with the label Translation. Hide translation / Show translation toggle it.

Messages are translated into the language the app is shown in: English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Turkish, Indonesian, Hindi or Urdu. To translate into another of these, switch the app language first. Names, numbers, dates and prices are kept as they are. Translation uses the same AI provider and allowance as suggestions. Could not translate means the call failed.
