Analytics: post performance, PDF and share links
The last 30 days of impressions, likes, comments and shares for the posts you published, the top posts table, AI insights, a PDF and a public share link.
Analytics (menu Measure, then Analytics, at /app/analytics) shows how the posts you published through OmniBrand performed over the last 30 days, for the active workspace. Everyone in the workspace except the inbox-only Agent role can open it. Creating share links and generating AI insights is for Owner, Admin and Editor; Reviewer and Viewer see the figures and can download the PDF.
Before you start
- An active workspace (pick one on /app/workspaces).
- At least one connected account that reports post statistics, and posts published through OmniBrand on it. Posts published directly on the platform are not counted.
- Figures appear a little after publishing: OmniBrand reads each published post's numbers from the platform about every hour on its first day, about every 6 hours during its first week, and once a day after that, for 30 days after it was published.
What the page shows, from top to bottom
- Share report and Download PDF buttons (top right).
- AI insights card: a written read of the 30 days, in three blocks: Highlights, Watch and Recommended next steps.
- Four tiles: Impressions, Likes, Comments, Shares, each the total for the last 30 days.
- Impressions - last 30 days: a line chart, one point per day.
- Top posts: up to 20 posts published in the last 30 days, with the columns Post, Platform, Published, Impressions, Likes and Comments. Click a post's text to open it on the platform.
How the numbers are calculated
- The platforms report running totals per post. For each day, OmniBrand counts only the increase since the previous reading of that post, so a post read on many days is not counted many times. If a platform lowers a figure (for example after removing spam likes), that day counts zero rather than a negative number.
- Days follow the workspace's time zone.
- The four tiles are the sums of the daily figures in the chart window.
- Top posts ranks by each post's latest total. Choose the order in the drop-down next to the title: by impressions, by likes, by comments, by shares or by clicks.
- Test (mock) accounts are left out.
- The window is always the last 30 days up to now; it cannot be changed on this page.
Which platforms report post statistics
- Post statistics come from: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon and Reddit.
- Telegram and Google Business Profile give follower counts (see Brand Health) but no per-post statistics here.
- WhatsApp, website chat and email are inbox accounts and have no post statistics.
- Each platform decides what it reports; a platform that does not report a figure (for example shares) shows 0 for it.
Step by step: download the PDF
- Open /app/analytics.
- Click Download PDF.
- The file downloads in the language the app is set to (Arabic PDFs are right-to-left). It contains the workspace name, the AI summary if one was generated for the period, the totals and the top posts.
Step by step: share the report with someone without an account
- Click Share report (Owner, Admin or Editor).
- A public link is created for the last 30 days and copied to your clipboard. The page shows Share link copied: followed by the link and (valid 30 days). If your browser blocks the clipboard, it says Share link created (copy it from here): instead; copy the link by hand.
- Send the link to your client or manager. Anyone with the link can view the report until it expires, without signing in.
Step by step: withdraw a share link
- Owners and Admins see a Public share links box listing every live link with its creation and expiry dates.
- Click Revoke next to the link. It stops working immediately.
Step by step: AI insights
- In the AI insights card, click Generate insights (Owner, Admin or Editor).
- After a few seconds the card shows a headline and the Highlights, Watch and Recommended next steps blocks, and the line Generated [date] · AI-generated from your figures, review before sharing.
- The result is saved for the period and language: colleagues who open the page see the same text without spending anything. Click Regenerate for a fresh version.
If something goes wrong
- No metrics yet / No metrics collected in this window yet. → nothing published through OmniBrand in the last 30 days has statistics yet → publish from OmniBrand to an account listed above and wait for the first reading.
- No published posts with metrics yet in Top posts → same cause; Go to content takes you to your content.
- PDF download failed (403) or no Share report button → your role or your member permissions do not include analytics or sharing → ask an Owner or Admin.
- A number looks lower than on the platform → the platform's own page may count activity from before the post was published through OmniBrand, organic and paid together, or a longer period; OmniBrand counts the last 30 days only.
- An account shows nothing → its connection may have expired; check account health.
Good to know
- Generating insights uses one AI generation from your plan when it runs on OmniBrand's AI; on your own AI key it is not counted (see AI providers).
- The AI text is written from your figures only. Read it before you forward it.
- Scheduled email reports (weekly or monthly, to any list of addresses) are set up under Scheduled email reports on /app/settings.
- For follower growth per account, use Brand Health.
