Brand Intelligence: audit your content
An AI audit of your recent posts (and optionally your website): pillars, what performs, gaps, and a recommended calendar you can turn into content.
The Brand Intelligence tab on the Brand screen ("Brand & content intelligence") audits your connected accounts' recent posts, and optionally your website, to map your brand, content pillars, what performs, gaps, and a recommended calendar. Only Owners and Admins see this tab.
Before you start
- At least one connected account in the workspace.
- It "Costs 3 AI generations" when it runs on OmniBrand's AI key; with your own provider key, your provider bills you instead. See AI providers.
- "Analysis quality depends on how much post history each connected account exposes via its API - some platforms limit historical or insight access without App Review."
Step by step
- Open Brand, then the Brand Intelligence tab.
- Optional: tick Also analyze my website and type the address (for example https://your-brand.com).
- Click Run analysis (Re-run analysis once a report exists). It shows Analyzing… while it works; OmniBrand reads recent posts from up to 8 connected accounts.
- The notice says "Analyzed {n} posts (v{n} via {provider})." plus "{n} account(s) returned none." if some had nothing.
- Read the report (sections below).
- To use it: click Apply to brand profile and/or + Add to content on calendar ideas.
The report
The header shows Report v{n} and via {provider}. Then, where the AI found something: - Summary, Industry, Target audience - Content pillars: the themes you post about. - Tone: how your posts sound. - Posting patterns: when and how often you post. - Top-performing themes - Gaps & opportunities - Improvement suggestions - Competitor style notes and Ad creative observations - Recommended content calendar: cards, each with a format, a platform, a theme and why. + Add to content creates a content item named "{theme} ({format} · {platform})" in Content; the button then shows Added ✓.
The last report is kept and shown when you come back to the tab.
What happens next
- Apply to brand profile creates a new Draft version of the brand profile: the latest approved version, with the report's target audience, content pillars (as value propositions) and tone (as language style). "Applied to a new DRAFT brand profile (v{n}). Review it in the Profile tab." Approve it there for the AI to use it.
- Ideas added to Content are ordinary content items: open them to write and schedule the posts.
If something goes wrong
- Some accounts need reconnecting: "{account} ({platform}) — reconnect to grant Page read permissions for post analysis." Click Reconnect to enable post analysis →, reconnect on Accounts accepting every permission, then run again.
- "Connect at least one social account first (Accounts page)."
- "Nothing to analyze: no recent posts and no website content." Post something first, or tick Also analyze my website.
- "This workspace is archived - unarchive it to make changes": unarchive it on Workspaces.
- "This package includes no AI generations on OmniBrand's key...": add your own key or upgrade.
