  • On OmniBrand's AI, a text counts as 1 generation, a picture as 2 (4 at high quality) and an AI video as 20.
  • AI on your own key is unlimited on every plan, including Free.
  • Need more? 100 extra AI generations cost $15SAR 56.25 any time, charged to the card on file; they never expire.
  • Billed monthly or yearly by card; a year costs ten months' price. A plan change starts right away with a new period; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the month or year you paid for.
  • Customers in Saudi Arabia are charged and invoiced in Saudi riyals. Everyone else sees prices in US dollars; the card is charged the riyal equivalent at the fixed rate of 3.75 to the dollar, shown at checkout before you pay.

WhatsApp message fees

WhatsApp message fees are charged by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business account at Meta's official rates. OmniBrand adds no markup.

What does bring your own AI key mean?
You add your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or xAI key in Settings. OmniBrand uses it for drafting, rewriting, images and video, and you pay the provider directly at its own rates. OmniBrand adds no markup and never sees your key in plain text after it is saved.
Do I need an AI key to use OmniBrand?
No. Scheduling, approvals, the inbox, analytics and records work without any key. Paid plans include a monthly allowance on OmniBrand's own key; a key of your own removes that limit.
Which platforms are supported?
13 publishing channels: Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Google Business Profile, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Pinterest and email newsletters. Newsletters go to your subscribers with one-click unsubscribe. The inbox adds WhatsApp Business, a website chat widget you paste on any site and an email inbox (connect a Microsoft 365 mailbox with a sign-in, Gmail or any IMAP mailbox with an app password, or simply forward to us): 16 channels in total.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever, with no card: one workspace, three connected accounts and twenty posts a month. Choosing a paid plan starts a 14-day Pro trial, also with no card; when it ends you are on Free unless you choose a plan. During the trial, AI on OmniBrand's key is capped at 20 AI texts and 5 AI images.
Can a bot answer my customers?
Yes, as an add-on. Our engineers build a bot for your business that answers questions, books appointments and hands the chat to your team. It is priced on request, in addition to your plan.
How is billing done?
Plans are billed monthly or yearly by card; a year costs ten months' price. Prices are in Saudi riyals for customers in Saudi Arabia and in US dollars elsewhere; cards are charged in riyals and the checkout shows the exact amount before you pay. A plan change starts right away with a new period; cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the month or year you paid for, then the account moves to Free.
