These terms govern the use of OmniBrand (www.omnibrand.app and api.omnibrand.app), provided by Five Rivers Limited Co., Riyadh, Saudi Arabia ("we"). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and the organisation whose workspace you use.

The service

OmniBrand lets a team plan, generate, approve and publish content to connected social platforms, watch competitors, and answer customer messages from a shared inbox. Features depend on your plan and on the permissions each platform grants.

Your account and workspace

• You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for everything done under your workspace.
• Workspace owners and admins control who can publish, approve, reply and connect channels.
• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the organisation.

Connected platforms

You must hold the rights to every account you connect and comply with each platform's terms (for example the Meta Platform Terms, LinkedIn and X developer policies). We act on your instructions through the platforms' official APIs; a platform may limit, delay or reject actions, and we are not liable for such platform decisions.

Content

• You keep ownership of the content you upload or approve. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and publish it as instructed.
• AI-generated drafts are suggestions: review them before approval. You are responsible for what you publish.
• Do not use the service for spam, harassment, unlawful content, infringing material, or to collect data you are not allowed to collect.

Fees, VAT, cancellation and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in Saudi riyals, at the prices shown on the pricing page. Prices exclude VAT; VAT at the statutory rate is added at checkout and a tax invoice is issued for every payment. Plans renew automatically on the saved card until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings › Plan & usage: the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and no further charge is taken. Fees for a period that has started are not refunded, except where a charge was made in error or where the law requires a refund, in which case we refund to the original card within 14 days. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Status is published at /status.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by platform outages or policy changes.

Termination

You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or endanger the platform.
