Prices, tax and invoices

Prices on the pricing page are in US dollars and exclude tax. Where tax is due on your country it is added at checkout and shown before you pay, and an invoice is issued and e-mailed for every payment. Invoices can be downloaded at any time from Settings › Plan & usage.

Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Plans are monthly and renew automatically on the saved card. You can cancel at any time from Settings › Plan & usage; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and no further charge is taken. Fees for a period that has started are not refunded, except where a charge was made in error or where the law requires a refund, in which case we refund to the original card within 14 days.

Complaints and support

Write to the support address below. We answer within two business days. If we cannot resolve it between us, you keep whatever rights the consumer law of your own country gives you.
